Less mesmer skills and more ranger skills in your bar would probably be a move in the right direction. Too many spells/signets can make a ranger build very energy heavy. The Sig of Midnight/Antidote Sig combo is interesting, but could be dangerous since Antidote Sig is relatively easy to interupt. If you want a blinding skill that can be used more often than 45 seconds (recharge time for Throw Dirt), I would suggest an Oath Shot/Throw Dirt combo. It is not as spammable since you are limited to blind every 25 seconds instead of every 15 seconds, but it's a bit safer and you can also get the bonus of skill recharge for your other skills also. Just watch your enemies and don't use Oath Shot on anyone who uses evasive/blocking skills.
You have what looks to be an interesting start for a mesmer build, but crossing that many mesmer skills into a profession with only 3 pips of energy regen and no fast casting or inherent energy management ability for spells is pretty tough to pull off.
What you have looks a lot like a modified version of a Cripple Shot ranger with several mesmer skills replacing ranger ones. In both your build there is a skill to blind, to slow enemies, cause poison and bleeding. If you like this style of build, you may want to try a cripple shot build (cripple shot, apply poison, hunter's shot, interupt, defensive/running stance, and troll is generally what the build consists of) just for kicks. You may find ways to do what you wish using ranger skills that can be effected by your Expertise.
If you decide you really like your build and only want to give it a minor tweak then I would definately reccomend dropping Imagined Burden for Pin Down. It has half the recharge time, will be lessened in energy cost by Expertise, and will cause a longer slowdown since you have 12 attributes in Marks that will help it as opposed to the 0 in illusion.
